ABOUT ME

My name is Deborah Odueke, a Baker and Event Planner straight outta Nigeria! I come from a family of 6 and I am the only girl- I'm special like that *grin*...But hold onto your party hats, folks! I gained a sister a few years ago through my brother's marriage. Finally, someone to have girly convos with!

 

I recently graduated from studying Event Management at St. Clair College, Windsor Ontario, Canada and it was a wholesome experience. Before my studies in Canada, I worked in two Financial Institutions in Nigeria for over 9 years, gaining valuable life experiences.

 

Over the years, I developed an eye for detail and a passion for design and this prompted me to start to do a little bit of baking, event planning services, decoration, and coordination while working my corporate job until I decided to quit Banking and switch careers to pursue my dream of becoming a professional Event Planner. 

This website? It's just my little corner of the internet where I showcase some of my work as a Baker and Event Planner. It's also where I gush about my two true loves: food and travel (sorry family and friends, you're a close third!). I'm all about creating oh! so beautiful cakes and events that keep you talking for daysss..
